Ingredients:

• 1 – pineapple, medium size (cut into small pieces).
• 100 g – Jaggery powder.
• 2 – Green chillies (finely chopped).
• 1/2 tsp – salt.
• Turmeric powder – a pinch.
• 2 tsp – Rice flour.
• 1 tsp – mustard seeds.

Method:

  1. Take a kadai (pan) and add 1 cup of water.
  2. Then add the chopped pineapples along with salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Allow the pineapple to cook well.
  4. When the pineapple becomes soft, add the powdered jaggery and stir well.
  5. Now mix the rice flour with little water and make it like a paste.
  6. Add this paste with the pineapples in the pan.
  7. Let it boil until it becomes thick.
  8. Fry mustard seeds and green chillies in 3 tsp of oil, and add this to the boiling mixture.
