Ingredients:
• 1 – pineapple, medium size (cut into small pieces).
• 100 g – Jaggery powder.
• 2 – Green chillies (finely chopped).
• 1/2 tsp – salt.
• Turmeric powder – a pinch.
• 2 tsp – Rice flour.
• 1 tsp – mustard seeds.
Method:
- Take a kadai (pan) and add 1 cup of water.
- Then add the chopped pineapples along with salt and turmeric powder.
- Allow the pineapple to cook well.
- When the pineapple becomes soft, add the powdered jaggery and stir well.
- Now mix the rice flour with little water and make it like a paste.
- Add this paste with the pineapples in the pan.
- Let it boil until it becomes thick.
- Fry mustard seeds and green chillies in 3 tsp of oil, and add this to the boiling mixture.
