
Ingredients:
• Pineapple sliced roughly – 1 cup.
• Rasam powder – 1 tbsp.
• Salt to taste.
• Coriander leaves for garnishing.
• Water – 2 cups.
Method:
- Boil the pineapples in water for about 10 minutes.
- Blend pineapple in a mixie and keep the juice aside.
- Dilute this juice in water and boil with salt and rasam powder for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
