Ingredients:

• 1 tin-pineapple round slice.
• 1 litre -milk to make paneer.
• 1/4 cup-badam/pista mixture.
• 1/4 cup -sugar.
• 1 tsp-elaichi powder.
• 1 tsp-kesar/silver gelatine.

Method:

  1. Boil the milk, add some vinegar, curdle it, strain the paneer and squeeze dry.
  2. Then mix paneer properly either in food processor or by hand (as we do for rasgullas).
  3. Into that paneer, mix in sugar, badam/pista mixture, elaichi powder.
  4. Cut pineapple ring in four parts.
  5. Take paneer and cut into the same size as pineapples and place it exactly on top of the pineapple pieces.
  6. Decorate with either silver gelatine (varakh) or with kesar in the middle of each pieces by making circles with the help of any small vessel.
