
Ingredients:
• 1 tin-pineapple round slice.
• 1 litre -milk to make paneer.
• 1/4 cup-badam/pista mixture.
• 1/4 cup -sugar.
• 1 tsp-elaichi powder.
• 1 tsp-kesar/silver gelatine.
Method:
- Boil the milk, add some vinegar, curdle it, strain the paneer and squeeze dry.
- Then mix paneer properly either in food processor or by hand (as we do for rasgullas).
- Into that paneer, mix in sugar, badam/pista mixture, elaichi powder.
- Cut pineapple ring in four parts.
- Take paneer and cut into the same size as pineapples and place it exactly on top of the pineapple pieces.
- Decorate with either silver gelatine (varakh) or with kesar in the middle of each pieces by making circles with the help of any small vessel.
