Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – besan
• 2 tsp – oil
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 pinches of Asafoetida (hing)
• chopped coriander
• Mustard for seasoning
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix besan, salt and asafoetida in a bowl. Add 1.5 cups of water, mix well and set aside.
  2. Take a pan and put 2 tps of oil.
  3. Saute mustard and chillies in oil.
  4. Add the contents of the bowl into the pan and stir for 4 to 5 minutes in low flame.
  5. Add coriander and serve with puri, chapatti, dosa etc.
