Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – besan flour
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 3 – Green chillies
• Few – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – roasted cumin powder
• 2 pinches – soda bicarb

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix besan and wheat flour.
  2. Add salt, soda bicarb, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin powder, and turmeric.
  3. Pour water to the mixture and mix well without any lumps and keep aside for 30 mins.
  4. Heat a pan, smear olive oil and pour a small ladleful of mixture and spread it with a spoon.
  5. Cook it on medium flame for 2 – 3 mins.
  6. Flip the chila over and cook the other side. Serve.
