
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – besan flour
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 3 – Green chillies
• Few – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – roasted cumin powder
• 2 pinches – soda bicarb
Method:
- In a bowl, mix besan and wheat flour.
- Add salt, soda bicarb, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin powder, and turmeric.
- Pour water to the mixture and mix well without any lumps and keep aside for 30 mins.
- Heat a pan, smear olive oil and pour a small ladleful of mixture and spread it with a spoon.
- Cook it on medium flame for 2 – 3 mins.
- Flip the chila over and cook the other side. Serve.
