
Ingredients:
• Besan (chickpeas flour) – 2.5 cups
• Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
• Powdered Sugar – 1 to 1.5 cups
• Coarsely powdered Cashew nuts – 1/2 cup
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
• Nutmeg powder – 1/2 tsp
• Melted Ghee (cooled) – 1-1.5 cups
Method:
- Heat 3 tbsp of ghee and roast both the flours together till light brown and fragrant. Let the mixture cool.
- Mix in the powdered sugar, cashew nuts, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
- Add remaining ghee, a little at a time, mixing well till the mixture is bound together and can be shaped.
- Take small lumps of the mixture and shape into laddoos.
