
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Rice [soaked for 20 minutes]
• 1 kg – Mutton or Chicken
• 2 tsp – Onion paste
• 4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – coriander paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – medium onions, chopped
• 4 – boiled eggs
• 8 tbsp – cooking oil
• 10 – Cardamoms
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat the oil, add chopped onions and fry until they turn brown.
- Then add mutton or chicken.
- Stir and cook for two minutes.
- Then add the cloves, cardamoms and salt to taste.
- After frying the mixture for ten minutes, add the paste of onions, ginger and garlic.
- Allow to cook for two minutes while stirring, and then add the red chilli, coriander and turmeric powders.
- Add 1 litre of water and cook for 20 minutes.
- Then add the rice and cook on low fire until it is ready.
