Ingredients:

• 2 cups – chilled yoghurt, beaten
• 3/4 cup – boondi (fried chickpea-flour balls)
• Sugar to taste
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• Chopped Coriander leaves to garnish

Method:

  1. Combine 1/2 cup boondi with the chaat masala, yoghurt and sugar.
  2. Just before serving, top with the remaining boondi, garnish with coriander and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
