
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – cut pieces of Chicken
• 2 cups – long grain Rice
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 2 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 2 – Onions (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Curd
• 1 tsp – red chilly powder
• 1 bunch – Mint leaves
• 3 tsp – Ghee
• a few pieces – Clove
• small stick – Cinnamon
• a few green Cardamom
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat ghee. Add chopped onions and fry till golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon, chilli powder, beaten curd and chicken pieces.
- Let it boil for a while.
- Add washed rice, salt and mint leaves and enough water.
- Cover it with a thick lid and slow cook on medium flame.
- Open the lid once done and garnish with fried dry fruits.
