
Ingredients:
• Fresh Cream (malai) – 1 cup
• Sooji – 5 tbsps
• Grated vegetables – two cups (cabbage, cauliflower, carrot)
• Salt – to taste
• Black pepper – to taste
• Refined oil – for frying
• Bread slice – 5-6
Method:
- Take the fresh cream and add sooji to it and mix well.
- Now add all the grated vegetables, salt and pepper and blend them well to form a smooth batter.
- Now take a bread slice and spread the batter evenly on it.
- Slightly heat and grease a non-stick tawa and add the slice to it with the batter on the top.
- Fry until a golden brown.
- Now turn the slice upside down and let the batter cook until a golden brown.
- Take it off the tawa and serve hot with sauce .
