Ingredients:
• 1 loaf – French bread
• 75 g – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
Method:
- Cut the French bread into 12 slices, taking care not to slice right through to the bottom of the loaf.
- Mix the garlic and butter together.
- Spread this mixture between the slices. Spread any leftover of the mixture on top of the loaf.
- Wrap the loaf in a piece of aluminium foil, covering it completely.
- Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes until the bread is crisp.
