Ingredients:

• 900 g – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – cumin
• 1 handful – amchur
• 1 inch piece – Turmeric
• 3 pods – Garlic (sliced)
• 2 cups – oil
• Vinegar, sugar, salt to taste

Method:

  1. Pound cumin, amchur, turmeric and salt together.
  2. Now mix with the green chillies.
  3. Heat the oil and add the sliced garlic.
  4. When this turns brown, add the chilli mixture, vinegar, sugar and cook well.
  5. Cool and bottle.
