Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rava
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 3 – elaichi
• 1/4 tsp – Orange colour

Method:

  1. Take a pan, add about 4 tsp of ghee.
  2. Then add rava to it and fry the rava until it starts to get brown.
  3. Add 3 cups of water to it.
  4. Add sugar to it along with the remaining ghee.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add some elaichi and orange colour to it.
  7. Keep mixing it until the kesari become thick and water in it completely evaporates.
  8. Serve it when cool.
