Ingredients:

• 1 can – condensed Milk
• 1 can – heavy whipping Cream
• 2 – bread slices
• 10-15 pieces – Pistachios
• Saffron
• 1/2 tsp – elaichi powder (cardamoms)

Method:

  1. Break the pistachios in the blender.
  2. Cut bread slices into pieces and put it into the blender.
  3. Pour the condensed milk, whipping cream into the blender.
  4. Add saffron and elaichi powder.
  5. Set it in kulfi moulds or in a baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate, in the freezer for 3 hours.
