
Ingredients:
• 1 can – condensed Milk
• 1 can – heavy whipping Cream
• 2 – bread slices
• 10-15 pieces – Pistachios
• Saffron
• 1/2 tsp – elaichi powder (cardamoms)
Method:
- Break the pistachios in the blender.
- Cut bread slices into pieces and put it into the blender.
- Pour the condensed milk, whipping cream into the blender.
- Add saffron and elaichi powder.
- Set it in kulfi moulds or in a baking dish.
- Refrigerate, in the freezer for 3 hours.
