Ingredients:

• 1 cup – coconut, freshly grated
• 1/2 – Raw Mango
• 2-3 – red dry chillies
• 1/2 Onion
• salt to taste
• curry leaves, a few

Method:

  1. Peel the mango. Chop finely.
  2. Grind with the rest of the ingredients and serve.
  3. This can served with steaming rice.
