Ingredients:

• 2 to 3 – mangoes, medium sized
• 1 tin – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Sugar as per taste

Method:

  1. Wash and peel mangoes.
  2. Puree the pulp in a blender.
  3. Add all the ingredients to the mango puree and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
  4. You can even microwave it for a minute to facilitate this.
  5. Pour the mixture in a container and freeze for about 30 mins.
  6. Remove from freezer and blend the mixture in a blender.
  7. Return to freezer for another 30 mins.
  8. Repeat the process for 3-4 times and then allow the mixture to freeze overnight.
  9. Scoop out the ice cream and serve immediately.
