Ingredients:

• Plain yogurt – 1/3 glass
• Sugar – 2-3 tsp
• Cardamom Powder – a pinch
• Mango juice – 2/3 glass

Method:

  1. Take 1/3 glass of yogurt. Add 2-3 tsps of sugar. Add a pinch of cardamom powder.
  2. Stir well for a minute to mix it. Add 2/3 glass of the mango juice. Stir again.
  3. Refrigerate and enjoy!
