Ingredients:
• 2 – big Tomatoes
• 5-6 – chopped Green chillies
• 50 g – Ginger
• 50 g – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – thymol seeds (ajwain)
• 1/2 cup – chopped Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – Spinach
• 2 cups – flour
• 1/2 cup – gram flour
• 1/2 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – semolina (sooji)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix wheat flour, gram flour, semolina, flour and oil.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and blend it in a mixer by adding a little water.
- Add this mixture with the flour mixture and knead it into a dough.
- Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.
- Make small balls and roll it into a circle. Pierce this puri with a fork.
- You can bake it in a baking tray for 5 minutes or deep fry in oil or prepare it like paratha.
