Ingredients:

• 2 – yolks of eggs
• 1 tsp – white Vinegar
• 1/8 – tsp salt
• 1.5 cup – vegetable oil
• 4 tbsps – Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder

Method:

  1. Put the egg yolks, salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and vinegar in a large bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients properly with an egg beater.
  3. Then while whisking add oil gradually, till the mixture thickens (add approx 1/4th of oil).
  4. Thin it with lemon juice (approx 1 tbsp oil).
  5. Repeat the whisking and thinning until all the oil and lemon juice is used up.
  6. Add salt and pepper and mix it well with a spoon.
  7. Chill it.
