
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice
• 1 cup – cabbage, shredded
• 5 flakes – garlic, crushed
• 2 Onions – sliced
• 2 – capsicums, sliced
• 6 tbsp – oil
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the rice with salt. Each grain should be separate.
- In a broad vessel, heat oil and fry the onions till golden brown. Keep aside.
- In the same oil, fry capsicums for a minute. Keep aside.
- Then fry cabbage for 2 mins. Keep aside.
- In the remaining oil, fry crushed garlic for a minute.
- Add soya sauce, chilli powder and salt.
- Stir and add rice, onions, cabbage and capsicum. Mix well.
- Serve with hot sauce.
