Ingredients:
• 15oz – ricotta cheese
• 7 oz – Sugar
• 15oz – Milk powder
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 3 tbsp – dry nuts for garnish
Method:
- Place ricotta cheese in a deep microwaveable dish, add sugar and microwave for 6 mins.
- After 3 mins, pause microwave and stir the mixture well.
- Continue cooking for the remaining 3 mins.
- Add milk powder to cheese and sugar solution and microwave for 4 mins. Mix well after 2 mins.
- Then add ghee and microwave for 2 mins. Mix well.
- Finally pour the mixture onto a greased plate, garnish with finely chopped nuts and cut into squares while the mixture is still warm.
