
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – Tur dal
• 1/4 cup – Moong dal
• 1/4 cup -Groundnuts (soaked overnight)
• 10 pods – Garlic
• 2 tsp – Ginger, chopped
• 6-8 – Red Chilli
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• 1 – Tomato
• Coriander leaves – a few, chopped
• 2 tsp – Oil
Method:
- Keep soaked the groundnuts aside.
- Soak the other dals for an hour before the cooking time.
- Now pressure cook all the dals and the groundnuts.
- Chop the onion and the tomato.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds and the red chillies.
- Add onion, tomato, salt and garlic and the cooked dals to it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
