
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – moong dal
• 2 cups – Rice
• 2 inch – Ginger
• 4 – chillies
• salt to taste
• oil
Method:
- Wash the dal and rice in water for 3-4 hours.
- Drain the water and grind it both together in a mixer.
- Grind the chillies and ginger.
- Add this to the dal paste and mix it well.
- Keep it in a hot place for about 7-8 hours and allow it to ferment.
- Mix it vigorously and prepare dosas on a non-stick tawa.
- Serve it with chutney and hot sambar.
