
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal soaked overnight
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 200 ml – whole Milk
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/4 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1/4 tsp – Saffron
• Some cashew, almond, Pista
Method:
- Grind dal into fine paste without adding too much water.
- Heat ghee in a kathai.
- Add dal paste into it.
- Fry well till all water has dried up and dal turns light pink in colour.
- Add milk and sugar to it. Keep stirring frequently.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and let cool.
