Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 1 cup – button Mushrooms
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 3 – Cloves
• 1 – Cardamom
• 2 – Bay Leaves
• 4 – black pepper
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 cup – grated Cabbage
• 4 – cashewnuts, chopped
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Approx. 2 cups water (reqd. to cook rice)
• Salt, to taste

Method:

  1. Boil rice till it is half done and keep it aside.
  2. Fry the onion, mushroom and other ingredients.
  3. Add the masala mix with the rice and cook for 10 min.
