
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton chops
• 5 – Maggi Chicken cubes
• 6 – Green chillies (paste)
• 2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• For Frying:
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 2 – eggs (whisked)
• Oil as required
Method:
- Wash the mutton chops, add all the ingredients except those for frying and mix well.
- Marinate for about 30 mins.
- Now transfer the mixture in a pressure cooker and add about 1.5 glasses water.
- Pressure cook the chops for about 4 to 5 whistles.
- When the chops are almost done, drain the water. Let them cool.
- For frying, heat sufficient oil in a pan.
- Take the chops, dip in whisked egg, then coat in bread crumbs and deep fry.
- Serve with dahi mint chutney.
