Ingredients:

• Mutton – 1 kg
• For Marinating Paste:
• 2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – dry coriander
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 6 – Cloves
• 8 flakes – Garlic
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 6 – small Cardamoms
• 1/2 inch stick – Cinnamon
• 1/2 tbsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1 piece – Hing (small)
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Marinate mutton pieces with the paste.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder and keep for 20 mins.
  3. Fry in oil and cook for an hour in low heat.
  4. Serve hot with rice or roti.
