
Ingredients:
• 1/2 litre milk.
• 25 g – each of blanched and sliced Almonds and pistachios.
• 1 tbsp – each of Charoli and melon seeds.
• 25 g – raisins.
• 1/4 tsp – essence of saffron.
• a few drops of yellow food colouring.
• silver foil.
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder.
• 4 tbsps. sugar.
Method:
- Fry all the nuts and raisins.
- Put milk and sugar together over a slow fire and cook till the milk is reduced to one-fourths its original quantity.
- Remove from fire and mix all the above ingredients.
- Cover with foil and serve either hot or cold.
