
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken.
• 1 – lime.
• salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
- Rub the chicken with salt, pepper and lime juice. Keep in the refrigerator overnight.
- Heat oil and fry lightly. Roast by sprinkling hot water now and then.
- This prevents the chicken from sticking to the bottom of the pan or bake in moderate oven till done.
