Ingredients:
• 6 – Chicken thighs (drumsticks)
• 4 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Mix the bread crumbs, eggs, chilli powder, salt and garlic paste together.
- Coat the chicken drumsticks completely with this mixture.
- Place the coated chicken drumsticks flat in a buttered baking dish.
- Drizzle oil on the top.
- Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees) for 45 minutes till the chicken turns golden brown.
- Serve as a starter at a party or at dinner with bread and chips.
