Ingredients:

• 4 slices- White or Wheat bread
• 150 g – semolina
• 50 g – Fenugreek leaves
• 1 tsp – Ginger and chilli paste
• 50 ml – Oil for shallow frying
• 1/4 tsp – Baking powder
• 200 ml – Water
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Coarsely grind the bread slices in a mixer.
  2. Take the ground bread, semolina, add the baking powder to it and mix thoroughly.
  3. Now add water till a thick paste is formed.
  4. Add the fenugreek leaves, 2 tsp oil and ginger chilli paste.
  5. Add salt and mix thoroughly.
  6. Add water till it reaches a smooth consistency.
  7. Heat 4 tsp of oil in a thick bottom pan on a medium flame.
  8. Now pour one big spoon of the mixture in the pan and spread it out.
  9. Gently turn it around and add 1 tsp of oil on it, cook both the sides well.
