Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 1/4 bunch – Mint leaves
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsps – lightly roasted sesame seeds
• 2 Cloves – Garlic
• 1/4 inch piece – Ginger
• 1 – small Onion chopped
• salt to taste
• fresh Lime juice to taste
• 1 tsp – tamarind, soaked in hot water

Method:

  1. Grind all ingredients very finely in a blender.
  2. Add a little water and lime juice during the grinding process.
