Ingredients:
• 250 g – Beef
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – fennel
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• oil, enough for frying
Method:
- Clean and wash the beef. Place it in a pressure cooker.
- Add the powders, fennel and garlic to the beef. Mix well.
- Add enough water, salt and cook.
- Open the lid and if excess water is left, cook till it evaporates.
- Remove it in a wok and fry continuously, adding enough oil till oil clears out.
- Garnish with chopped fried coconut.
