Ingredients:

• 250 g – Beef
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – fennel
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• salt to taste
• oil, enough for frying

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the beef. Place it in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add the powders, fennel and garlic to the beef. Mix well.
  3. Add enough water, salt and cook.
  4. Open the lid and if excess water is left, cook till it evaporates.
  5. Remove it in a wok and fry continuously, adding enough oil till oil clears out.
  6. Garnish with chopped fried coconut.
