Ingredients:

• Onion – 1, chopped
• Potatoes – 3, boiled and mashed
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 2, chopped
• Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Capsicums – 4
• Cottage cheese – 100 gm, mashed
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Slice the head of the capsicums, de-seed and apply salt on the inside.
  2. Take a bowl half-filled with water and boil the capsicums in it on high for 8 mins.
  3. In another dish, take oil, green chillies, onions and cook on high for 3 mins.
  4. Add the mashed potatoes, cheese, lime juice, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Cook on high for 2 mins.
  6. Fill the mixture into the capsicum cups, garnish with fresh coriander, cook on high for 6 mins and serve hot.
