Ingredients:

• 1 raw Plantain (Medium cut into 1/4 roundels).
• Ginger.
• 1 tsp – Green chilli paste.
• 1/4 tsp – ajwain.
• 1/8 tsp – baking soda.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped).
• 1tbsp – salt.
• 1 raw Plantain (Medium cut into 1/4 roundels).

• Coriander leaves (finely chopped).
• 1tbsp – salt.

Method:

  1. Prepare batter with the above ingredients (Except plantain slices and oil), into a medium-thick batter.
  2. Drain out all water from the plantain slices, dip each slice in batter and deep fry till light golden in colour (under medium heat).
  3. Serve as evening snack along with hot tea.
