
Ingredients:
• 3 cups – poha.
• 1 – small-sized potato.
• 1 – small-sized onion.
• 1 – carrot.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• Salt – to taste.
• 1 tsp – sugar.
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi powder.
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala.
• a few Cauliflower pieces.
• 1 – small-sized tomato.
• a few curry leaves.
• a few chopped Dhania pattas.
• a few chopped Cabbage leaves.
• 1/2 tsp – chopped ginger.
• 1/2 tsp – chopped garlic.
Method:
- Wash the poha, drain out all the water.
- Take a pan and heat the oil. Put some curry leaves into the pan.
- When it splutters, then add onion and fry till light brown.
- Now, add chopped ginger and garlic and fry for a few seconds.
- Then, add all vegetables except the tomato.
- Now, add all the dry masalas.
- Fry them well for a few minutes, then add the tomato. Fry it well.
- When it is soft, add poha.
- Mix and cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish it with chopped dhania patta and serve hot with tomato sauce.
