Ingredients:

• 6 – polis.
• 1/2 cup – grated jaggery.
• 2 tbsp – ghee.
• A few – Peanuts or sesame seeds.

Method:

  1. Quarter the polis.
  2. In a large bowl, tear them into shreds, then crush into a fine powder in a blender.
  3. Add the ghee and mix well.
  4. Mix the jaggery into the polis till well combined.
  5. Add the peanuts or sesame seeds.
  6. Make the mixture in a bowl, by pressing it into your palm and shaping it with the other.
  7. You may need more jaggery or ghee to bind the ladoos.
  8. Shape all the mixture into ladoos, 1.5 inches in diameter.
