
Ingredients:
• 1 litre – Milk
• 1 cup – Pomegranate seeds
• Sugar to taste
Method:
- Boil the milk in a thick bottom pan and reduce the quantity to almost quarter to its original quantity.
- Add sugar to taste and stir till the sugar has melted.
- Put off the heat and cool completely.
- Once cold mix in the pomegranate and stir gently. Pour into kulfi moulds or any mould of your choice.
- Keep in the freezer to set
- To serve: Unmould and serve chilled
