Ingredients:

• 1 litre – Milk
• 1 cup – Pomegranate seeds
• Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the milk in a thick bottom pan and reduce the quantity to almost quarter to its original quantity.
  2. Add sugar to taste and stir till the sugar has melted.
  3. Put off the heat and cool completely.
  4. Once cold mix in the pomegranate and stir gently.  Pour into kulfi moulds or any mould of your choice.
  5. Keep in the freezer to set
  6. To serve: Unmould and serve chilled
