Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Pomegranate juice.
• 1 cup – rice.
• 2 – green chilli.
• 2 – Dry chilli.
• 1/4 cup – Small onion| For Seasoning:
• oil.
• Mustard seeds.
• Urad dal, Channa dal.
• Curry leaves.

Method:

  1. Cook the rice with required salt and a little oil.
  2. Season mentioned items in oil.
  3. Add chopped onions and chillies and sauted some time.
  4. Add pomegranate juice and allow it to boil once.
  5. Add rice and mix evenly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
