Ingredients:
• 1 pomfret, washed, sliced and marinated in 1/2 tbsp. Vinegar and 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• 5 green chillies, finely chopped
• 2 onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Coriander seeds
• 2 Cloves – garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• one Lime juice
• 2 tbsps – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil, add garlic, and fry till light brown.
- Add green chillies and onions.
- Saute till onions are brown.
- Add the coconut, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Cook on low heat.
- Add the fish, and stir gently.
- Cook till the fish is done. Serve hot.
