
Ingredients:
• 6 – medium green chillies.
• 1/2 cup – Coconut milk.
• 3 tbsp – cooking oil.
• 3 flakes – garlic.
• 1 inch – ginger.
• 2 – small onions.
• 1 – pomfret.
• 1 tsp – salt.
• 1 – medium tomato.
Method:
- Cut the fish into small pieces.
- Marinate the fish with salt and keep aside for 20 mins.
- Heat oil and fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and stir for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 2 mins.
- Add the ground paste and simmer for a minute.
- Add little water and let it boil for 2 mins.
- Add coconut milk and after it starts boiling, add the marinated fish pieces and cook till done.
- Serve hot with rice.
