
Ingredients:
• 2 – potato.
• 1 tsp – grated cheese.
• 1 tsp – pepper-cumin powder.
• 1/4 cup – Corn flour.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.
Method:
- Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
- Add the grated cheese, pepper, cumin powder, corn flour and salt.
- Make thin vadas and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
