
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – moong dal.
• 3 – potatoes, cut into medium sized pieces.
• 1 cup – onion, cut into small pieces.
• 2-3 flakes – garlic.
• 2-3 – green chillies.
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cook moong dal with 2 cups of water, potatoes, a little salt and garlic.
- In a pan, heat oil and add onions and fry for few minutes.
- Add green chillies, tomatoes and chilli powder.
- After a few minutes, add the mashed moong dal and a little water if required.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Goes great with rotis.
