Ingredients:

• 4-5 – potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 2 – hard boiled eggs, peeled
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup – chopped red Onions
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – sesame seeds
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Coarsely chop eggs.
  3. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, onion, celery, vinegar, salt and sesame seeds.
  4. Add chopped potatoes and eggs.
  5. Toss well.
  6. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
