
Ingredients:
• 4-5 – potatoes, boiled and peeled
• 2 – hard boiled eggs, peeled
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup – chopped red Onions
• 1/4 cup – chopped Celery
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – sesame seeds
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
- Coarsely chop eggs.
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, onion, celery, vinegar, salt and sesame seeds.
- Add chopped potatoes and eggs.
- Toss well.
- Chill for 1 hour and serve.
