
Ingredients:
• Potatoes – 2 large.
• Onion – 2 medium.
• Ginger chopped – 1 tsp.
• Garlic chopped – 1 tsp.
• Green chilli chopped – 3.
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp.
• Coriander powder – 2 tsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Coconut extract – 2 cups.
• oil – 1/4 cup.
• Cinnamon sticks – 2 no.
• Mustard – 1/2 tsp.
• Curry leaves – 1 sprig.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cook potatoes separately.
- Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, add curry leaves.
- Add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, cinnamon sticks and fry till golden brown.
- Add all powders and put the boiled potatoes in it.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste.
- After the gravy becomes thick, add coconut extract and simmer it for 3 mins.
- Add garam masala powder, stir and serve.
