Ingredients:
• 250 g – peas
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Boil the peas and mash it into a thick paste.
- Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds start spluttering, add chopped onions.
- When onions are done, add the tomato puree, salt and all the spices except garam masala.
- When the masala starts bubbling, add potatoes and crushed peas.
- Cover and cook on low fire.
- When done, add the garam masala and coriander leaves, mix and serve.
