
Ingredients:
• 4 – potato.
• 1 tsp – turmeric.
• 1 – onion, chopped.
• 2- green chillies, chopped.
• 1 tsp – mustard.
• 1 tsp – cumin.
• Curry leaves.
• A little sugar.
• oil.
• Salt to taste.
• A pinch Red Chilli powder.
• Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
- Peel, boil and then smash the potatoes.
- In a pan, saute curry leaves, chopped green chillies, mustard and cumin.
- Add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add water. Add the smashed potatoes and stir well.
- Add salt as per taste, a pinch of sugar and a pinch of red chilli powder.
- Cook well, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Enjoy this sagu with rava idlli, dosa or puri.
