
Ingredients:
• 400 g – shells Pasta
• 350 g – peeled uncooked Prawns
• 4 to 5 – crushed Garlic paste
• 1 small Onion
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp – cayenne pepper
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• grated Lemon rind
• chopped Parsley for garnishing
Method:
- Chop the onion and fry for 1 min. in 1 tbsp. olive oil.
- Stir in the garlic and fry for a further min.
- Add the prawns and fry for 2-3 mins. until cooked.
- Add the cayenne pepper, crushed garlic paste and cream.
- Mix and let simmer for 3 mins.
- Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and serve with the sauce, garnish with grated lemon rind and chopped parsley.
