Ingredients:

• 1 spring onion.
• 1 small piece ginger.
• Stock as desired.
• 50 gms – Corn flour.
• 100 gms – Tomato sauce.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• 6 Cloves garlic.
• oil for deep frying.

Method:

  1. Shell and de-vein the prawns. Wash well.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying. Add prawns and remove after a minute.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add finely crushed garlic, ginger, prawns and saute for a minute. Add seasoning, tomato sauce and stock.
  4. Add diced spring onions and corn flour blended in a little cold water.
  5. Cook till gravy thickens.
  6. Remove and serve hot.
