Ingredients:
• 2 medium sized bunches pudina
• 4 Green chillies
• small piece Ginger
• 10 Garlic Cloves
• 1.5 medium sized cup – Curd
• 1 Lemon
• 1.5 tsp – Jeera
• salt to taste
Method:
- Wash pudina and remove leaves.
- In the mixer pot mix together pudina leaves,
- Chilli, jeera, salt, a little water, and grind together.
- Keep aside.
- In a pan, heat the garlic cloves with a little oil till light brown.
- Add the garlic in the mixer pot and grind.
- Add curd in the bowl and mix again.
- Add juice of lemon and sieve through a muslin cloth.
